In Memory of George Carlin

A lot of people in the entertainment industry have died lately, one of the worst of which for me was Stan Winston, who I've admired since I could recognize he was the man behind two of my biggest sci-fi monster favorites Predator and Aliens (though credit where credit is due, Winston only created the queen alien based on H. R. Gieger's creations). Alas, there's nothing really "feminist" about Stan Winston so I will move on to someone who did speak on a feminist issue, George Carlin, who sadly died last night.

I didn't hear too much form Carlin, my parents were Richard Pryor fans so I got a lot of him but I did manage to catch clips from Carlin's famous "Seven Words You Can't Say on Television" which to this day I still think is funny every time I hear it.

But Carlin had another funny bit, one that the good ladies at Jezebel have posted where Carlin takes to task "pro-life" conservatives, lambasting them as anti-woman.

It's a bit long but funny.
