As I was browsing Facebook, I couldn't help but notice the Femanol advert to the side. Now, finally, with Femanol™ women can get rid of that pesky vaginal odor. And you know what that means?
Feeling fresh and clean enough to feel confident with our boyfriends "behind closed doors". Hallelujah!
But hey, don't take it from me, just look at the success stories of the women who can finally "be intimate" and shower with their husbands and boyfriends.
I'm just so sick of being told women shouldn't smell like women and if we do men will be repulsed, never find us attractive (or shower with us, evidently) and everyone around us will somehow also smell us and disapprove accordingly.

Femanol makes me think of that cosmetics commercial one night. The woman in it is seen slinking up to the camera with a determined look on her face. She gets to the camera and announces "I know what I want". Then she strips away any credibility in her last statement by adding "I want my foundation to match my skin". My god, is that all?? What was I thinking all these years? All I needed to make me happy was for my foundation to match my skin.
oh man! youarehere, I totally know which commercial you're talking about! It's the one with Jessica Alba...god I HATE that one! I too, expected her to say something a little more profound and empowering than 'foundation'. haha I had a good laugh about it upon the 3rd time seeing it though. Because it truly is ridiculous...
While I was reading this post, it occured to me, "Why have I never seen a male intimate deodorizing product?" I don't know about you, but I've had many a friend complain about the not-so-natural smell of groin b.o. in their boy partners. Yet the feminine smell that must be masked is one that's supposed to be there - a sign of vaginal health. Why are no guys fretting over the smell of their sweaty, musky balls?
Not to hate on balls. I mean no hate.
Hey I'm a guy, and I don't deny it. Our testicles don't smell their besticles either. I'm sure there are products out there for males too, but I think they are sold and bought discretely (cuz of masculine ego and denial). It's like boob jobs vs. penis enlargements. Women with breast implants don't tend to be embarrassed about their procedure (as far as the women I've met), but when was the last time you heard of a guy openly saying he has used a penis pump?
