So I'm halfway through the book, He's A Stud, She's a slut. It has really opened my eyes.
I was coming back from a concert the other day. Me and a few of my girl friends were waiting at sixty-ninth street to get picked up. Not only do we get followed by strange men, but once we tell the guys our ages (my friends were fifteen, I'm seventeen), they start laughing. The one guy even had the nerve to start saying he was a "gang-banger".
What I don't understand is how those guys could think that is appropriate, or even remotely attractive. Do they just think if they obscenely comment on our figures/looks that it's a quickfire way to get down our pants?
I say, we should let them know that they're being assholes, and to literally, fuck off. :)

What I really don't understand is what they feel they are accomplishing by yelling sexual or demeaning things out of moving cars. How could that possibly lead to anything positive for any of the parties involved? Politeness is not that hard.
When I lacked a car and got the honk treatment it used to infuriate me. Then I got a small air horn so I could honk back
When I lacked a car and got the honk treatment it used to infuriate me. Then I got a small air horn so I could honk back. It felt better than screaming FY. What I really hate is being honked/hollared at when pushing the baby stroller. Yes I get the memo that you're a moron and think I'm hot but if you wake my sleeping child I will hunt you down for violent and entirely non-sexual purposes
