Dr. Buehner Speaks Out Against IM 11, SD's Abortion Ban.

His perspective on IM 11 is unique and, I think, an important contribution to the debate on IM 11. Please take a few minutes to watch his first video.

This is excellent. I certainly consider myself progressive and if my partner of 6 years and i do ever decide to get officially "married" i hope to be able to overcome the hype and plan something as fabulously rebellious. I don't know if i'd be able to not accept any gifts at all though, i think if it's "stuff" the couples doesn't want (and i totally hear that) they should encourage bedroom furniture guests to donate to causes instead, this way they don't get crap, the guests still feel like they've given a gift.
