So maybe I'm not the most articulate/descriptive person when I'm horribly sick, tired and busy, but I can still get incredibly angry. So for all the folks in Toronto, I just got an email about this thing that's happening but I can't possibly explain it in this state so I'll just say that I'm extremely angry this even has to take place, whilst being horribly disappointed that I am working this Friday. However, it really needs to happen so if you're in Toronto PLEASE go out and support these folks.

There's an organization here in Toronto that has been harrassing, and even in some cases assaulting, trans sex workers. A group has organized and will be headed out to the neighbourhood where it's happening to support the transwomen. However, some of the organizers of the 'event' are in danger and being threatened themselves, so the group is in need of LOTS of people so that everyone can kind of defend and protect each other.
