Fox news erroneously labels Palin "pro-choice"
Sarah Palin, McCain's VP pick is openly anti-choice, opposing abortions even in cases of rape and incest. She has been a member of "Feminists for Life" since 2006. So why is Fox news labeling her as pro-choice? Just because she is a woman? Or are they trying to confuse pro-choicers?

Because they probably made a mistake. I know, it's not the most dramatic analysis, but I think it's the most likely.
Ah, Faux News strikes again.
Could it be incompetence? Could it be Murdoch?
With FOX News it might even be both...
I wouldn't be surprised if this is simple incompetence. It is Fox news.
Knowing FOX News, anything is possible.
I'm going to go with incompetence on this one, but I don't think they'll apologize for it. They never do.
I don't think [Fox News will] apologize for it. They never do.
I could not help but recall another time a graphical gaffe was made by FOX News. No apology/correction from them on that matter, either.
Incompetence? Perhaps. But these mistakes always seem to help out their side for some reason.
"Or are they trying to confuse pro-choicers?"
Pro-choice people watch FOX?
Go on, pull the other one.
Believe it or not, Logrus, there are people who watch Fox News and are pro-choice. I have an aunt who is one of those people. It's tragic, really.
This is what happens when you try to make an hour's worth of news last 24 hours...
But is it worth the number of anti-choice viewers they'll confuse?
Probably for the same reason Fox News suggested growing (really?) teen pregnancy rates to be caused by "Juno syndrome" that made teen pregnancy seem fun, witty and neat.
Oh, and Palin's daughter must have Juno Syndrome. That's something us pro-choice and pro-lifers can all get behind.
(/sarcasm)
Where is the link to the video segment? I am eager to read / hear these statements. Flipping between CNN and FOX this morning, I did hear them call her Pro-Choice. However, the context was not abortion exactly. A loose quote is: She choose to have kids and work, she choose to have kids and pursue a career, she choose to have a mentally disabled child.
I want to know the full context of the short headline. This is misleading but may not be deception if all information is provided. Problem is, I cannot find it even at FoxNews.com. If anyone knows a link, please post it. Let's hear the fully story.
