Mini Skirts = Rape??!!

OK this is the first post that I've written...so forgive me if this has already been posted. I was just looking up new articles online this morning, and randomly stumbled across this beauty. They actually say in the title that they believe that banning students from wearing mini-skirts will lower the incidences of rape???!!! WTF...oh and...the comments are no better. I actually read one that said "if something is offered for free, then it will be taken eventually". UGH. I love how there's absolutely no mention of men in this article...and THEIR part in rape.
