The pro-choice community has much to celebrate this week, and the Minnesota Choice Coalition would like to celebrate with you!
After the inauguration of our new pro-choice president Barack Obama, we will commemorate the 36th Anniversary of the Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade on Thursday, January 22.
To celebrate these two major stepping stones in protecting women’s reproductive rights, we invite you to a Happy Hour to be held at Elsie’s Restaurant and Bowling Center!
Please, come on out, mingle with your pro-choice friends, make new ones, take a moment to reflect on this historic week, and if the mood strikes, you can make your own personalized pro-choice buttons!
We’ll start the socializing at 5:30 pm and will be there until 7:30 pm on Thursday, January 22, 2009.
