Somebody tell me this is a joke. Tell me, please, that a Lil Bratz Early Teen Pregnancy test does not really exist. I should probably question why I find the possibility of this thing actually being real something that is so shocking and appalling. But that's my gut reaction.

lol pretty sure that's a joke.
Juding from the image in the link I'm about 99.9% sure this is just someone's disturbing sense of photoshop humor. The terrible thing is; if this isn't a joke, I might not be surprised...

It's Photoshop magic. They did a really good job of putting the first T in the EPT logo on the box, but if you look at the little sticks they still have the "EPT" logo.
Obviously a joke. The box is an E.P.T. box with an extra T photoshopped in.
I bet this is from Something Awful or a similar site. I think it's more of a satire on the Bratz ditzy fashion-addict image (the overuse of the word "like" in the copy) and the idea of Bratz association with early promiscuity.
It's a photoshop contest entry for Worth1000.com. The subject was "Slogans, catchphrases, and other advertising campaigns that just didn't work out."
