9 (Classy) Ways to Treat a Woman -- powered by Cracked.com

I love how they try to fix it with the (Respect Women) at the end.

I'm totally offended. The magic squirrels ARE real!

I think the "(respect women)" remark at the end is supposed to imply the moral of the sketch, due to the bizarre surrealism of the video, but to be honest I watched this earlier and I have no idea what to take from it. I don't find it clear-cut anti-feminist or ironic, so I don't know what to make of it.

Really? I think the irony is oozing out of it. But maybe that's just me.

That was pretty much my reaction. It's so weird and surreal that you can't pull much a message out of it.

At first I was a bit confused by it, but I saw the irony by #2 and thought it was bloody hilarious, but that might just be my sense of humor. *shrug* I def would chalk it up as iorny, specially the last one... where treating her like a lady means you treat her like shit.

Yeah, me, too - I was pretty much in stitches, especially at the game cartridge one. Mind you, Cracked.com is hardly a source of pro-woman material, that's for sure. . . I've seen much worse on their site in the past.

I agree. I don't see this as offensive as much as ironic. And the surreality of it just made it funnier for me. My favorite was "like she's a video game cartridge".

I thought the point of it was that it was as ludicrous to treat a women as a maid or mother, as it was to treat her like a video game cartridge or bowling pin... I definitely didn't see it as deliberately offensive...
