What careers are avaliable for me? I'm having a difficult time googling this...
My area of expertise is sex. I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with it, but I love talking about it, I am very open about it, and I know quite a bit about it (for not just my age group, but many age groups). I'd really love to turn it into a career of sorts, but I'm not quite sure how to. I really don't want to spend 6 to 8 years in school on some sort of pyschology major, and I don't want to get into anything medical. Does anybody have any other suggestions? I'm pretty decent at writing, painting, and I love researching. If that helps at all. I really need a clear goal in life, to be honest.

This is by no means my field of expertise, but I would suggest looking into running/working in a sex shop. There is a great one here in Toronto (http://www.goodforher.com/) and they do wonderful feminist things on a regular basis. Maybe this would be a place to start, or at least to find people who could give you more information?
A think a sex shop would be good. it sounds to me like your looking to help people, though. which probably would require some kind of degree (psychology or human reproduction and sexuality), but since you said you didn't want that here my 2 cents: try a sex shop that offers advice or classes on sex. i think that would be really awesome!
Sex therapist?
I think most jobs you'll need schooling for... kind of unavoidable.
How much schooling are you willing to/already have done? A psych major would be four years (you could do it faster if you're really dedicated, or if you already have some university under your belt). To be a sex therapist you wouldn't necessarily have to get a PhD, you could easily get a masters in counseling. Some schools have specific programs for sex therapists. Most masters programs take anywhere from a year to two years, and some can even be completed at night.
If you don't want to do any undergraduate or masters at all, you could sell sex toys--running your own store is probably a huge commitment, but you can start off selling products at sex toy parties. They're the same as Tupperware parties or knock-off purse parties, but with sex toys. I think you'd probably have to get in touch with a brand for that, I don't know much about it.
Whatever you decide to do--good luck!!!
Sex educator?
You could also try working in a sex shop or having sex toy parties (like tupperware parties).
It's difficult to get a career writing erotica, but if you're a talented artist erotic paintings could sell really well.
I was going to suggest this. One of my roommates took a 3 year course at...I want to say Widener (Del. School, the main campus is in Pennsylvania)(man, I'm blanking...). For sex education. I think the biggest pre req there was an open mind and a healthy interest in the subject, because I don't know th base major you'd need. But she likes it a lot-she was able to work at Planned Parenthood, in a School Esystem-pretty nifty, useful stuff.
Since you mention you also are good at writing - maybe a sex column of some sort? I don't know where you'd start looking, though, but probably it wouldn't be too different from looking for any other columnist job.
