So, Collegehumor isn't the most feminist-friendly website in the world, what with their ongoing "Cute College Girl" contest and tendency to fill their "Hotlinks" section with pictures of scantily-clad women. Regardless, I love the site and visit it daily, and today I was pleasantly surprised to see that they'd devoted an entire video playlist to women in comedy!
Funny Jokes From Funny Women is a playlist of 11 clips of female comedians. Now, in the grand scheme of things, this playlist is an extremely tiny portion of the website, so the misogynistic material definitely outnumbers the feminist-friendly. However, I think it's kind of nice to see them making an effort to expose their demographic to some awesome women without using the words "sexy" or "hot" in the descriptions. Not to mention, they don't do video playlists all that often, so when they do you know that the subject matter is important enough to them to warrant it.

Thanks
Uh yeah...did you watch the links? Several really not funny jokes about rape and pretty much typical CollegeHumor stuff.
See my post below that starts with "OP here".
yay! me too expect I tend to lurke around Cracked which is a "little" more feminist friendly, than some site like holy taco.
I love cracked, I really think it should go under unfeminist guilty pleasures on here. There are some articles on there that are clearly feminist, and the political undertones of some of those articles support feminist positions, but it by no means feminist friendly
OP here! Disclaimer: one of the comedians on that playlist makes a rather unfunny joke about date rape, and another has a whole spiel about "Look at the ridiculous things we women do, all to please you men!" So, to prevent anyone commenting to question what exactly I think is "feminist friendly", I just wanted to acknowledge that not all of the jokes are in good taste, but most are.
