I don't have much time to write a whole lot right now, but there is a piece of legislation that was just introduced by U.S. Senators Franken, Grassley, Feinstein and Hatch and Rep. Maloney aimed at reducing the number of backlogged rape kits and making sure that those who need rape kits get them and have access to trained staff who know what they're doing. This is good stuff! And a shout out to my MN Senator Al Franken! I wonder if this will get support from those who voted no on the legislation involving contractors and sexual assault justice that he introduced earlier this year...

God I love science, it makes me so happy that scientists are finally looking at different variables than traditionally investigated. Also part of why I got into biology, and why it gets me excited.
Thanks for sharing this, it's really interesting to see behaviors of other animals, especially insects.
