Working/Gender Roles

This article was on the front page of MSN's homepage--I wasn't sure what to expect but it actually deals with gender bias in the workplace, bias against women taking off time with their children, and the good that can come from moving away from traditional gender roles in the family.

While it of course could have gone deeper, to be a featured article on MSN I thought it was pretty good--and hopefully many people will read it and think.

Just don't read the comments, unfortunately the people who wrote them simply believe the article is oh-so-biased against men and if you want to work just don't have kids...I wish I hadn't clicked to read the comments it was disheartening...
