So this is my first go at writing a piece for Feministing. Now, I’m relatively new to Feminism and its works, but holy cow it’s amazing. I’m in my third year at university, and after reading Caitlin Morans ‘How To Be A Woman’ for pleasure, it clicked. Feminism is amazing and I am so proud to say, I AM A FEMINIST.
I’ve spent the last few weeks reading reels and reels of information and books about feminism and it’s brilliant. It’s who I am, and yet its only just clicked how much I agree and already fight for. So, here I am, about to start my 9,000 word dissertation on feminism. I am so excited to begin this little adventure.
Wish me luck and I will try and keep you posted with how it is going.
